IBM has been expanding its footprint in India - and has a presence in over 200 cities and towns across the country - either directly or through its strong business partner network.

In RIMT, the IBM Centre of Excellence was established in year 2010. Since then we are focusing more on IBM Initiative activities. Every year our college students actively participate in IBM TGMC. This Centre is actively run by Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The activities of this Centre are reviewed periodically by Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Director, RIMT Engineering Campus and Prof. Sushil Garg, Head, CSE Dept.

RIMT has a dedicated IBM lab on-campus where students and faculty are trained on latest technologies based on industry-demands of IBM. These trainings are conducted by IBM experts. Students and Faculty members are then exposed to certification exams for the technologies they are trained in. We are proud to share that 100+ RIMT students are IBM Certified. Moreover, our students are working on IBM TGMC National level project competitions as well.
