The library is more than a book and journal stock hall comprising of General Section, Textbook Section, Reading Section, Periodical Section, and Circulation Section which help to maintain a perfect reading environment for readers.

As an RIMT student you will have access to more than 14,000 books, magazines, national and international periodicals/journals etc. The Library subscribes to more than 20 international IEEE journals and 30 National Journals/Magazines. The collection is particularly rich in engineering, IT, Communication and books and periodicals on topics of general interest such as personality development etc.

In addition to this the library also subscribes to 368 e-Journals on various disciplines through the INDEST-AICTE consortium.

Book Location Services:
to help users in locating and getting their desired books and other reading material.

Reservation of Books:
The books in great demand and which generally remain under issue can be got reserved by users by filling in Reservation Slips.

New Arrival Display Service:
Every fortnight selected books newly added to the library are displayed on the New Arrivals Display Rack before they are released for loan. In addition to this, the jackets of some of the selected books are displayed prominently on a bulletin board near the entrance. The purpose is to bring the newly added books to the notice of users. In addition, the library has a rich collection of books on Art, Literature, Religion, Civilization, General Knowledge and Sports. Apart from books, the library regularly subscribes to a large number of daily newspapers, a wide variety of popular magazines and a large number of learned journals, both Indian and Foreign.
